About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive (Male/Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and assisting in building a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, interviews, hiring).
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in HR roles.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
